We’re a vibrant and productive team in need of a Showing Agent to host open houses and to show homes for our Senior Buyer Agents in the area. Our ideal candidate is a bright, ambitious, hard-working individual who is serious about a career and has commitment and self-discipline. MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes. Responsibilities: • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Conduct scheduled property showings for buyer clients following the team’s established showing standards and procedures. • Ensure homes are opened, secured, and presented professionally to provide clients with a smooth and positive experience. • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients during showings while gathering all questions and feedback for the lead agent. • Coordinate with team agents and staff to manage showing schedules efficiently. • Accurately relay property details and maintain strong communication with the lead agent. • Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability during all showings. • Uphold the team’s standards and brand reputation through every client interaction. • Adhere to brokerage and team policies at all times, including proper communication protocols. • Represent the team culture of “Work Hard. Be Kind.” in every client and agent interaction. • Be available during evenings and weekends when the majority of showings occur. Qualifications: • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision Compensation: $35 per showing
