Compensation & Schedule • Base salary: $35,000–$40,000 • $1,000 bonus per buyer closing (expected first-year earnings ~$100,000) • 5 days per week: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Required to work 3 weekends per month • Paid time off Responsibilities: • Conduct buyer property showings with professionalism and strong client care • Serve as a trusted on-site representative of the team lead during showings • Answer buyer questions and highlight property features and benefits • Collect and communicate buyer feedback and preferences after each showing • Coordinate and confirm showing appointments with listing agents • Maintain accurate records and follow-up tasks within the CRM • Stay informed on market trends, pricing, listings, and neighborhood details • Support open houses, client events, and team marketing efforts as needed • Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times When not actively showing properties, this role is 100% in-office and includes: • Calling past and current leads • Updating and preparing marketing materials • Delivering lockboxes, signage, and materials to properties • Assisting with marketing projects and client events • Searching for homes for active buyers and proactively reaching out with opportunities Qualifications: • Active real estate license or commitment to obtaining licensure prior to start date • Strong interest in real estate and client service • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment • High standards for professionalism and follow-through Compensation: $100,000 at plan earnings
