The Missy Chandler Team is looking for a motivated Showing Partner to join our growing real estate team! In this role, you’ll assist with property showings, support clients through their home search, and help expand our team’s reach and impact. Candidates without a license must be ready and committed to obtaining their real estate license promptly. Compensation & Schedule • $100,000+ expected first-year earnings (base+commission) • 5 days per week, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Required to work 2 weekends per month • Paid time off Responsibilities: • Conduct property showings with buyers while delivering exceptional service and professionalism • Collaborate with team members to manage calendars and maximize availability for showings • Assist with scheduling and follow-up, ensuring a seamless client experience • Build lasting client relationships by being responsive, reliable, and service-oriented • Stay up to date on market trends, new listings, and neighborhood insights to provide valuable guidance during showings • Coordinate with listing agents to confirm and manage appointments efficiently • Represent the Missy Chandler Team with professionalism, maintaining a polished appearance and positive demeanor • Leverage CRM tools to track client interactions, feedback, and follow-up tasks Qualifications: • Active real estate license (or readiness to obtain one quickly) • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong client relationships • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented in all aspects of the role • Dedicated to upholding the Missy Chandler Team’s reputation for exceptional service Compensation: $100,000+ expected first-year earnings
