    Job Summary:

    Our Client is seeking a professional Showroom Administrative & Sales Assistant Seeking to manage front desk duties, support office operations, assist with scheduling, and perform light marketing and bookkeeping tasks.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist walk-in customers at an upscale showroom desk
    • Manage front desk operations and maintain a polished, professional environment
    • Prepare and send marketing mailers
    • Set appointments and follow up with potential clients
    • Provide administrative support to both the sales team and upper management
    • Drive processes that help close sales (appointment setting, client engagement, follow-ups)
    • Utilize QuickBooks for basic office tasks (some experience preferred, but not required)
    • Learn and maintain CRM system (training provided)
    • Develop content for blogs, website updates, and various other small-scale marketing tasks

    Qualifications:

    • Professional and energetic demeanor
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in an office or administrative support role preferred
    • Highly organized and prompt
    • Comfortable working with high-end clientele and representing a luxury brand
    • Reliable, with a proactive attitude and ability to multitask
    • Coachable and eager to learn new systems (CRM, basic bookkeeping, etc.)

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
    • $18-20/hr
    • Health insurance
