    Status: Full-time Reports To: Showroom Design Manager Location: Roseville and Eden Prairie showrooms

    Muska Lighting is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented individual to support our showroom design team. This role combines creativity, technical skill, and practical installation work to help bring lighting designs to life in our decorative lighting showrooms.

    The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, eager to learn, and comfortable working with tools, lighting fixtures, and showroom displays. This person will assist with fixture assembly, installation, showroom layout changes, display maintenance, and occasional field service work as needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    Showroom Design Support

    Assemble, hang, install, and arrange lighting fixtures in our decorative lighting showrooms.

    Work closely with the showroom design team to determine fixture placement, layout, and display presentation.

    Assist with rearranging showroom displays and completing special showroom projects as needed.

    Maintain showroom displays to ensure a clean, polished, professional, and organized appearance.

    Help ensure lighting displays are properly installed, safe, functional, and visually appealing.

    Support both the Roseville and Eden Prairie showrooms as needed.

    Complete service work in the field when needed.

    Assist with other showroom, installation, or maintenance-related tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications / Requirements

    Knowledge of lighting design, fixture installation, or showroom layout is a strong plus.

    Ability to safely use tools and perform hands-on installation work.

    Ability to work at heights, including use of ladders or lifts when required.

    Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.

    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot practical installation or display issues.

    Dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn.

    Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment.

    Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with designers, showroom staff, customers, and co-workers.

    Must be able to follow company safety standards and maintain a professional work environment.
