We are seeking a sales-driven designer with a passion for creating beautiful spaces and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role combines high-end showroom sales, design consultation, and the opportunity to grow into rendering, visualization, and new product development. Responsibilities: • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Welcome and guide homeowners, designers, builders, and architects through our premium tile, stone, countertop, and flooring collections • Deliver personalized design consultations to help clients achieve their vision, style, and budget goals • Build strong relationships with high-end clients and close sales with confidence and professionalism • Help to create high-quality renders for our marketing efforts and for customers • Support showroom displays, sample management, pricing, and order entry • Collaborate with our creative and product teams to help develop new lines and contribute to design concepts over time • Must be willing to work most Saturdays • Sales experience with a track record of closing high-end customers • Ability to learn technical aspects of our products and rendering tools • Enthusiasm for design, customer service, and collaboration Qualifications: • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • Proven success in showroom sales , interior design, kitchen & bath, or a related customer-facing role • Strong design sense with the ability to recommend and coordinate materials • Highly professional presence with excellent communication skills • Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment • A team player eager to grow beyond sales into creative and product development • Familiarity with tile, stone, wood flooring, and countertop materials is a plus Compensation: $24 - $38 hourly
