Responsibilities: • Adhere to dealership standards and policies of superb customer satisfaction throughout the sales and negotiation process • Arrange test drives, demos, and other presentations to showcase vehicle features and impress potential buyers professionally • Answer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, applications processes and consult the sales manager as needed • Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their vehicle selections • Receive customers in a welcoming and professional manner to drive car sales • Engage with customers on the sales floor and over the phone as needed to meet the customer’s needs • Successful completion of appropriate paperwork and documentation for all vehicle sales • Review all payment options with customers • Walk customers through the Grote Automotive car buying experience from start to finish • Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree is preferred; high school diploma or GED equivalent mandatory • Exemplary interpersonal, negotiation, time management, and communication skills are essential for meeting customer needs • Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record • Sales experience in a showroom or auto dealership setting preferred Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 yearly
