Responsibilities: • Welcome customers to the showroom floor with professionalism and offer assistance to support auto sales • Uphold customer satisfaction standards throughout the sales negotiation process to honor dealership policies • Drive current and future auto sales by maintaining an accurate customer database • Serve as an expert in new and used cars’ performance and key differences to thoroughly answer all customer questions • Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their vehicle selections • Manage and maintain an accurate customer database to support current and future sales opportunities • Coordinate and conduct test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and presentations to highlight features and provide a positive customer experience • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication, active listening, and professional rapport-building skills • Welcome and assist guests on the showroom floor, creating a professional and customer-friendly environment that supports a high-quality sales experience Qualifications: • Stellar communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, and interpersonal skills are all crucial for meeting customer needs • Preferred sales associate experience within an auto dealership setting • Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record • Bachelor’s degree is preferred; high school diploma or GED equivalent mandatory • Experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing role is preferred, with the ability to build strong customer relationships • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals, showing motivation and consistency in performance • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with a wide range of customers • Ability to effectively coordinate and deliver test drives and vehicle presentations in a professional and engaging manner • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to manage customer interactions and support the sales process • Strong customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive and professional buying experience • High school diploma or equivalent required Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 yearly
