    Shred Vault, LLC is a growing Omaha-based company that has launched the world's first consumer shredding brand and kiosk. Utilizing it's patented technology Shred Vault aims to reduce costs and maximize convenience for our customers by providing Shred Vault bags - each holding up to 10lbs of paper - and convenient kiosks within consumer retail locations like grocery stores. Through it's growing network of kiosks Shred Vault provides opportunity for consumers to take care of their paper shredding needs at their own convenience and provides retail and commercial shredding partners valuable connection points to their customers through lead generation, management, and advertising placements.

    Kiosk Inventory & Service Manager Position Summary

    The Kiosk Inventory and Service Manager ensures our kiosk deployments are well-maintained and always available to deliver on our promise of SECURE. SUSTAINABLE. SHREDDING. The role requires both independent problem-solving skills and customer success-oriented interactions.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Plan and execute kiosk inventory replenishing schedule to ensure every kiosk is adequately stocked for Shred Vault bag sales.

    · Maximize kiosk availability by monitoring, troubleshooting, and addressing kiosk operational issues.

    · Plan and execute kiosk service schedules to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

    · In partnership with operations management, identify operational gaps and document proposed changes and enhancements.

    · Support other managers in the testing and rollout of new kiosk capabilities

    Reporting Structure

    The KISM reports to Shred Vault operations leader. They will collaborate with other managers on cross-functional initiatives and may supervise a team as Shred Vault kiosk deployments grow.
