    Are you seeking an amazing opportunity to join a fast-growing company? We need a talented and creative digital designer to join our Marketing team! This position does have the option for remote work, and potentially some travel.

    ShrubBucket is an emerging eCommerce and logistics company that is disrupting the Nursery and Gardening industry. We hand-deliver beautiful, full-sized plants to gardeners and landscapers in 4-5 days with no packaging. Founded by passionate horticulturists, we focus on exceptional quality, convenience, and customer service. Currently operating in 15 states, we need talented team members to help us continue our incredible growth. We need a superstar to help us exceed expectations!

    WHAT YOU WILL DO AT SHRUBBUCKET:

    Your primary responsibility will be creating graphics for our brand that will appear in various channels (social media, website, print, etc.), which will engage our customers and drive our sales goals. This role may work alongside other functional areas of the business including: IT, Customer Service, and Operations. The successful candidate will be an innovative, out-of-the-box thinker who strives for design excellence and enjoys fast-paced work, variation and challenges. This entry-level position is initially part-time with the potential to move to full-time. REQUIREMENTS:

    • Strong experience with graphics programs - Canva preferred, or Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
    • Experience with social media management systems - Buffer preferred, Hootsuite, Sprout Social
    • Familiar with project management workflows and systems - Monday preferred, Basecamp, Teamwork, or Trello
    • Familiarity with web design
    • Ability to work independently to creative direction, and create original designs
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills 
    • Works well in a team environment
    • Willing to travel, when necessary, to facilities and vendors
    • Minimum of an Associate degree in Digital Design, Bachelor's degree preferred
