ShrubBucket is an emerging eCommerce and logistics company that is disrupting the Nursery and Gardening industry. We hand-deliver beautiful, full-sized plants to gardeners and landscapers in 4-5 days with no packaging. Founded by passionate horticulturists, we focus on exceptional quality, convenience, and customer service. Currently operating in 15 states, we need talented team members to help us continue our incredible growth. This is a seasonal, on-call position. You would report to work on an “as needed” basis. The starting pay for this position is $17.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AT SHRUBBUCKET: 

The Delivery Driver is responsible for transport and delivery of plants and garden goods from a relay location to customers. You will work collaboratively with the Dispatcher to implement efficient routes and a successful delivery to each customer. And, you will care for the plants as you prepare them for delivery. Our drivers are the most important employees at ShrubBucket! We are looking for dedicated people to be a part of our team and create a wonderful experience for our customers! 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to drive safely and operate a large van or box truck. 
• Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, including consenting to a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to load and unload plants with and without dollies in various types of weather.
• Be available all days of the week, able to work a day shift starting at 5 am, and able to do some overnight stays in your delivery area.
