Cannabis Driver & Customer Service Agent

Blaze Delivery Service is a start-up courier service created within the Shryne Group that was officially launched earlier this year to ensure a seamless cannabis delivery process for all consumers. As an industry pioneer and high growth business there are career growth opportunities for the right person who is interested in building a more long-term career. Initial options include ‘earning the right’ to be considered as a Team Lead and/or transfer to other key departments (Inventory/Dispatch). A key differentiator of this innovative delivery service is their own fully integrated POS and GPS delivery platform (“iii tech” like Stiiizy) in which they have created themselves!
POSITION: Delivery Driver & Customer Service Agents @ BLAZE are client facing and will be tasked to make cannabis deliveries throughout the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area. They will work in close proximity with the distribution team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Key responsibilities include loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients in a safe, timely manner. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied. Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles. Accepting payments for delivered items. Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients. Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules. Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining courteous driving protocols at all times.
REQUIREMENTS: · Valid driver's license and general insurance coverage · 100% clean driving record (no DUI or points over the past 7 yrs) · Possess a dependable vehicle that’s consistently reliable · Willingness to adhere to assigned routes (not all of which are always the most desirable), schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws · Attention to detail and strong time management and customer service skills · Ability to drive for ~20-40 minutes per client for multiple client orders across ~6hr shifts · Able to work between 27-37 hrs hours a week · Self-starter, fast-learner, and able to work under pressure · ‘Can do’ attitude and team player mentality for start-up environment · Inquisitive nature keen to learn about our burgeoning industry · Must be 21+ hold a High School Diploma or GED · Employment contingent upon successful completion of a standard bground check · Compensation is $15/hr +30 cents/mile + customer tips
