    Regulatory Reporting Project Manager (AVP)

    MUST be local to New York City. This is a hybrid schedule, at least 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

    Salary Range: $100k to $130k

    This is a Permanent position, NO H1B’s will be accepted, no sponsorship.

    In this role you will assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of a specific regulatory project within the bank. You will help lead cross-functional project teams, work with stakeholders, and manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes. You will work closely with the program manager, business partners, technology teams, and other project managers to ensure effective project delivery and communication.

    Reporting Line:

    The Project Manager will report to the Enterprise Program Management lead for Regulatory Reporting. The mandate is to assist the Program Manager lead across a large cross-functional program which has significant impact on the Regulatory Reporting functions

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
    • Lead cross-functional project teams and facilitate project meetings
    • Monitor and report project progress and metrics to stakeholders and senior management
    • Identify and manage project risks and issues
    • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, policies, and procedures
    • Build strong relationships with business partners, technology teams, and other project managers

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • project management experience in a financial services environment
    • Deep understanding of regulatory reporting processes as well as the technologies and data which enable these
    • Strong knowledge and experience of regulatory change management
    • Product knowledge of Loans, Derivatives, Securities, and Repurchase Agreements
    • Knowledgeable in federal reserve regulatory reports (e.g. 2052a, FRY-15, FRY-9c, TICs)
    • Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
    • Superior communication and interpersonal skills: both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff
    • Exceptional stakeholder management skills including experience at performing this across multiple functions, committees and areas
