Responsibilities: • Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers and customers as a representative of our organization • A/P, A/R, Bank Reconciliation, Staff/Client Billing • HR (Payroll via ADP, Benefits, Personnel file maintenance and records) • Office Supply Maintenance • Staff Support • Record Maintenance Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication • General computer skills, comfortable with new technology • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and Quickbooks experience a plus Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly
