Mason Security Protective Services in Miami, FL is looking for a reliable and professional Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a skilled CDL driver to provide safe, efficient, and courteous transportation services. Responsibilities:

Safely operate a shuttle bus to transport passengers to designated locations on schedule

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure bus is in proper working condition

Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring safety at all times

Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies

Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and incident reports as required

Communicate professionally with passengers, dispatchers, and supervisors

Keep the shuttle bus clean, fueled, and ready for service at all times

Requirements:

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) — required

Passenger (P) Endorsement on CDL — required

Clean driving record with no major violations

Previous experience operating a shuttle bus, charter bus, or passenger vehicle preferred

Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirements

Strong punctuality, reliability, and customer service skills

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
