    We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused Shuttle Driver to join our guest services team. You’ll welcome guests, handle luggage, answer inquiries, and transport guests within a 5 mile radius of the hotel to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. You will bring excellent communication skills and a passion for putting our guests first. If you love interacting with people in a positive work environment, apply now! Full-Time roles require full availability, including weekends. Shifts include 7 am – 2 pm daily, 2 pm-10 pm (Sunday – Thursday), and 3 pm-11 pm (Friday and Saturday). Benefits • Medical Insurance Coverage for you and your family • Sick Leave • Holidays and Vacation Time • Go Hilton travel program, 110 nights of discounted travel Responsibilities: • Drive van as per requested runs, maintain cleanliness of van interior and exterior • Load and unload van with luggage, utilize luggage carts, and luggage storage area (up to 50lbs) • Handle requests for information, mail, and messages in an efficient and courteous manner • Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, & courteously • Assist other hotel staff with requests for pick-ups, deliveries, and restocks Qualifications: • Current and valid driver’s license • Experience in a hotel or a related field is preferred • Possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be able to problem solve to effectively assist internal and external customers • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Compensation: $15 per hour
