Responsibilities: • Transportation Services: Operate hotel vehicles safely to transport guests to/from airports, train stations, local attractions, or businesses. • Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, assist with loading/unloading luggage, and provide information about the hotel and local area. • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (e.g., checking oil, tires), keep the vehicle interior/exterior clean, and fuel the shuttle. • Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company safety policies, and, if required, DOT regulations. Qualifications: • Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (abstract). • Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, professional driving, or customer service is often preferred. • Skills: Strong communication, time management, and a polite, patient demeanor.
