About the Role:

Join NEXGEN HOSPITALITY IV LLC as a Shuttle Driver/ Houseman in beautiful San Antonio, TX! This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our guests while ensuring their travel needs are met.

Responsibilities:

Transport guests to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner.

Assist guests with luggage and provide excellent customer service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of shuttle vehicles.

Perform housekeeping duties as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.

Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Assist with other tasks as assigned to enhance guest experience.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Previous experience in a driving or hospitality role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift heavy luggage and perform physical tasks.

Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
