We are seeking a responsible and courteous Shuttle Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services for our clients. Your primary duty will be to transport passengers to and from designated locations in a timely manner while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. MUST be avaialble weekends.
- Operate shuttle vehicles in accordance with company policies and applicable traffic laws.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers by adhering to safety protocols and offering assistance with boarding and deboarding as needed.
- Drive assigned routes efficiently and ensure timely arrival and departure times.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring that the shuttle is in good working condition and reporting any maintenance needs.
- Keep the shuttle clean and presentable at all times.
- Assist passengers with luggage and provide information about the shuttle service, schedules, and local area.
- Maintain accurate records of passenger counts, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with dispatchers, passengers, and other team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a driving position preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Good knowledge of local traffic laws and area roadways.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
