    Compensation:

    • Flat Rate of $225 a day. $35 per additional stop
      • Base Rate: 24-30 hours a week
        • Scheduled annual increases
      • Additional Pay Incentives: Stop bonus
    • Paid via direct deposit weekly

    Home Time, Route & Schedule:

    • Home Time: Home Daily
    • Schedule: Sunday Night, Monday Night, Wednesday Night, Thursday Night
    • Shift: Start Time: 11:00pm. Workday is typically 6 - 6.5 hours per day.
      • Holiday work will be required (Everyone is off Thanksgiving & Christmas)
    • Route: Shuttle from Comstock Park, MI to Gaylord, MI.
      • Must be flexible with route changes
      • Routes can have 1-2 Stops per day
      • Palletized freight, Mostly drop and hook with occasional driver unload.
    • Level of Touch: unload pallets using manual pallet jack; some pallet breakdown and hand unload
      • Must be able to use a manual pallet jack / occasional hand unload

    Equipment:

    • All trucks are late models: never older than 5-years as new inventory is always added
    • Automatic
    • Must be able to use a manual pallet jack / occasional hand unload

    Qualifications:

    • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • Must have CDL A license
    • Must have 6 months of verifiable commercial driving experience
    • Drivers cannot have more than 6-points on their driving record at one time
    • Air-brakes endorsements required
    • Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
    • Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
    • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs
    • Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 40 miles of Comstock Park, MI or be willing to relocate for this position
