Supporting a local transportation company, the Shuttle Driver will report to a base location in south-central Maine. Routes will mainly be within the State of Maine. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 6:00 AM-7:00 AM start. Pay is hourly, with optional overtime available on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Transport loads to and from designated warehouse and delivery locations in a safe and timely manner

Follow pre-planned routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery at destinations

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the truck

Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure good working conditions

Report any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate department

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License

Clean driving record

Good communication skills

Ability to follow directions and schedules

Previous Class A driving experience required
