- Collaborates with teammates in all locations to provide seamless service; ensure consistency in all content delivered by SMDLS
- Comfortably and effectively facilitates meetings/discussions and conducts presentations for all levels of the organization, including leadership up to and including executives

Qualifications – All required unless otherwise noted as desired
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, business, communication, behavioral sciences, training development or related field or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
- Ability to adapt to fluctuating work-flow
- Ability to compile, organize and present information clearly and concisely
- Experience in working and participating in cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects
- Significant experience in evaluating the effectiveness of courses and learning products and delivery methods
- Significant experience in researching/writing course content and/or developing courses, demonstrations, graphic designs and other technology driven products
- Advanced knowledge of instructional design to develop courses for products, processes and/or skills
- Advanced knowledge of instructional theories, educational psychology, educational theory, tools and resources
- Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills
- Advanced research, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Advanced skill capturing and translating processes and requirements into easily understood terms
- Advanced skill in assessing departmental/branch training needs and researching topics for course development
