Consultant - Regulatory Technology & Compliance Analytics
Job Description
Our rapidly growing consulting firm is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant & Business Analyst with expertise in regulatory technology and compliance analytics. The ideal candidate will support our emerging Regulation Technology team which works alongside our Financial Crimes Advisory group assisting clients in the design and execution of various regulation technology implementations, testing, tuning, and calibration of key BSA/AML, Sanctions and Fraud systems. These include transaction monitoring, sanctions filtering tuning, above the line/below the line analysis, identification of trends and patterns, model validations including DFS 504 certifications, and suspicious activity model design and refinement. The ideal candidate can work with large data sets to ensure that Compliance teams have the necessary information available to support policy development and decision-making.
This includes understanding regulatory requirements, applying them to financial services business models, designing systems, incorporating data effectively, and ensuring the effective execution of programs. This will also include creating and executing the periodic and ongoing tuning methodology for monitoring systems.

**Compensation & Benefits **
Compensation for this role is between $90-116K. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and market location.
