Job Description
The Human Resource (HR) Analyst will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance. The position sits with our HR People Analytics/Compliance & Policy/Compensation & Benefits team and reports to our US HRBP. You will work closely with all HR team members in a collaborative environment.

**Compensation & Benefits **
Denver CO Compensation Info:
Denver base compensation is $45,000- $60,000 a year. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and market location.

Sia Partners maintains its hybrid workplace arrangements and provides a flexible workplace environment that is driven by client and business/market needs. Analyst must reside within a reasonable commute to the Charlotte office and able to work in office 2x per week.
