    THIS POST IS FOR SIA PARTNERS US EMPLOYEES TO MAKE REFERRALS FOR MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS OR CONTRACTORS TO THE US TALENT ACQUISITION TEAM.     Qualifications

    REFERRAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR INTERNS, UNDERGRADUATES AND PROFILES WITH LESS THAN 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

    • Rigorous undergraduate program with either strong management consulting or related industry internship experience

     

    REFERRAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSULTANTS WITH 2+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE UP TO SUPERVISING SENIOR CONSULTANT: 

    • Mandatory previous experience within management consulting
    • Relevant experiences from the professional services, including sector experience or services of Sia Partners

    REFERRAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR MANAGER+ POSITIONS: 

    • Mandatory previous experience within management consulting 
    • Proven ability to lead successful teams
    • Proven ability to drive new business within a management consulting setting 
    • Professional certifications and academic background taken into consideration, but are not a limitation

    FTE HYBRID WORKPLACE GUIDELINES Sia Partners maintains its hybrid workplace arrangements and provides a flexible work environment that is driven by client and business/market needs. While our firm does support hybrid work, there are times that we may require our consultants to work onsite at one of our Sia offices or a client office full-time. Consultants are expected to have the ability to be flexible with work location depending upon business needs. When in-between client engagements, Consultants are required/encouraged to work onsite at a local Sia office 2+ times per week.
