Job Description
The Strategist is responsible for supporting and continuing to build out Sia Partner's CSR and Sustainability and portfolio within key Fortune 500 client accounts and with new business prospects.
In this critical role, you will use your knowledge of sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR) reporting and issues to help companies build their reputation by marrying smart content strategy with impactful design.
You have experience and a passion for the challenges to embed CSR within the core values and operations of a company, understand the process to develop a communications and engagement mix that will motivate employees and other key stakeholders.
As a member of this team, you will provide subject matter expertise and support to other members of the team and to Addison at large, while ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality deliverables to client satisfaction. You will also provide leadership in setting the standard for seamless process management from project kick-off to completion, and facilitate integration and coordination among Sia Partner's practice areas, in particular Design and Digital.

Compensation for this role is $116k and $119k/ann.
Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills experience, qualifications, and market location

HYBRID WORKPLACE GUIDELINES
Sia Partners maintains its hybrid workplace arrangements and provides a flexible workplace environment that is driven by client and business/market needs. While our firm does support hybrid work, there are times that we may require our consultants to work onsite at one of our Sia offices or a client office full-time. Consultants are expected to have the ability to be flexible with work location depending upon business needs. When in-between client engagements, Consultants typically work onsite at a local Sia office 2+ times per week.
