  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Create and track project plans and milestones with the delivery teams, managing scope, quality, time, and budget requirements utilizing Smartsheet
    • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute the migration plan.
    • Evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.
    • Work with the project team to manage constraints of schedule, budget and assigned resources to deliver defined scope.
    • Ensure all project documentation is uploaded into the project site including all required signoffs from one stage gate to the next.
    • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to produce weekly project status reports, steering committee presentations, change requests, update risk registers, decision logs, action logs, and meeting notes.
    • Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget and meet pre-established goals and objectives.
    • Communicate changes and issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of experience managing DC/Infrastructure/Cloud projects
    • Enterprise level experience with migrations of 3,000+ servers is required
    • Azure Dev Ops experience is highly desirable
    • 5+ years of experience managing Data Center Migration preferred
    • Experience creating and tracking project plans in Smartsheet is required
    • Aviation experience is highly desirable
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
    • Flexible during times of change.
    • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or other related fields.
