We are hiring for a General Manager in New Orleans, LA. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, loves to work with people, is naturally curious, and cares deeply about solving health disparities. In this role, you will build, lead, and operate our Louisiana market operations across all aspects - from hiring and leading our field operations team, to building and managing our CBO (community-based organizations) partnerships, to the relationships with local health plans. This is an incredibly impactful role that is best filled by a true entrepreneur - someone with a tremendous desire for impact.

Responsibilities:

• Work on a 12-month launch plan.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare and social spectrum
• Developing a strong understanding of our operating model and success drivers
• Create and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the city
• Work on attaining various metrics
• Participate in company-wide business review and development meetings

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's or Graduate Degree
• Must have spent 2-5 years in a high-paced professional environment. Startup experience is a plus.
• Must have experience in the healthcare/political operations or community outreach
• Must have excellent knowledge of numbers
• Must be involved in the community
• Must have entrepreneurialism
• Must have the ability to drive/run large scale programs
