Job Summary Area Director for Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing multiple restaurant locations within your designated area
Working closely with the Partnership/Corporate group to maintain brand standards and financial targets.
Collaborate with the Corporate Team to recruit, hire, train, and retain talented managers who align with the company's goals.
You will visit each location for a minimum of twelve days per quarter to provide guidance, support, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Coach, Develop, and Manage a team of 80+.
Must be willing and able to travel to all assigned restaurants.
Oversee all Guest Related Services.
Adhere to all Restaurant standards and specs.
Communicate effectively with General Managers and teams.
Ensure all stores follow Health & Safety regulations.
Strong Communication & time management skills.
Willing to work nights, weekends & holidays.
Manage Food and Labor Costs.
Interview and assist in hiring General Managers and managers for market.
Ensure all required programs are accurate and complete.
Oversee Weekly Inventory and Scheduling for stores.
Make sure restaurants are clean and well organized.
Maintain a fun friendly work atmosphere for employees and guests
Helps maintain staffing levels
Overall food quality and Presentation
Qualifications
3-5 years in similar multi unit role.
Strong leadership & communication skills.
Ability to set goals and achieve them.
Ability to hold others to goals and help them.
Pride in personal appearance.
