HEALTH INSURANCE SALES AGENTS - We are seeking Sales Agents to join our team! LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE.

Role

We are looking for Sales representatives. Licensed is a plus but NOT mandatory. The Licensed Health Agent (Florida 2-40 or 2-15) will bring their insurance expertise to this role, explaining the different plans in detail. They help clients understand the various plan eligibility criteria, look at their clients' circumstances, and recommend plans accordingly. Assessing a client's needs is key as that is the best way to get them an insurance plan that meets their budget and lifestyle.

As an agent, it will be your responsibility to negotiate contracts or solicit applications related to health insurance.

We provide additional training and knowledge of guidelines, computer systems, and tools, specific insurance products we represent, and the enrollment process. After a few months we also help you obtain your license.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed sales targets
• Resolve customer questions

​ Skill Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Basic computer skills
• Communications skills, to deal with clients in a positive and professional manner
• Strong negotiation skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sales/customer services experience

Schedule:

• Job Type: Full-time / Monday-Friday / 10AM-7PM
• Salary: Starting at $75,000 - uncapped per year
• Located in Boca Raton, FL
