You can look forward to: • A community of the best agents • Best in class CRM and lead nurture • In-house marketing and design teams • Concierge program to help you win listings • Mentorship and coaching Responsibilities: • Guide clients through the negotiation, inspection, and documentation processes so they feel fully up to speed and advocated for. • Create and nurture long-lasting relationships with buyers and sellers, providing weekly status updates on listings or offers and continuing outreach well beyond the lifecycle of any individual transaction. • Curate elevated customer experiences for clients through hosting open houses and coordinating showings. • Contribute to regular team meetings and actively reinforce the company’s culture and values. • Proactively generate leads and pursue creative opportunities to secure new business. • Fully manage personal book of business and referrals. Qualifications: • Valid and active real estate license in California. • At least $1M production volume obtained within the last 12 months. • Painstaking attention to detail. • Exceptional communication and customer service skills. • Team player willing and eager to work in a collaborative environment. Compensation: $180,000 at plan earnings
