    VISION

    Our internal, global marketing & business development team is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to serve our West Coast team. The person in this role will report to and assist the Director of Marketing (LA-based) in executing all marketing-related programs and supporting sales activities of Siegel+Gale in the western United States.

    As a Marketing Coordinator you will play a critical part in coordinating the strategy for and execution of key demand generation programs and content and public relations (PR) campaigns that will build awareness for Siegel+Gale, and ultimately drive new business.

    We are looking for an agile “simplifier”, experienced in coordinating and executing a range of marketing initiatives—from supporting the management of an events program and localizing outbound marketing campaigns, to being an active coordinator of content & PR to contribute to our global thought leadership program, all in the service of providing support to new business activities & driving revenue growth.

    AS A MARKETING COORDINATOR AT SIEGEL+GALE, YOU WILL:

    • Drive and support the management of the Marketing Plan for S+G
    • Work in close collaboration with the Marketing Director and global marketing team and work closely with senior leadership.
    • Assist with building and maintaining an accurate and well-organized database
    • Create and produce new marketing materials – including case studies, blog posts, research studies, brochures, and event/conference/trade show materials
    • Organize and maintain marketing and business development digital archives (client case studies, client lists, marketing materials, etc.)
    • Assist with coordinating third-party vendors and freelancers (e.g. writers & translators for case studies and thought leadership) as needed to help push forward key initiatives and marketing activities
    • Work and interact with team members across Siegel+Gale offices and practice areas
    • Proactively present new ways of thinking and analyzing
    • Communicate concerns or issues with direct manager immediately
    • Seeks and receives feedback in a professional manner

    AS PART OF THE PACIFIC RIM MARKETING PLAN, YOU WILL FOCUS ON:

    • • Supporting the development of a robust digital marketing program with a focus on demand generation.
    • • Localization of outbound activities including direct and digital marketing programs
    • • Coordination of marketing activities and knowledge transfer among offices (gathering information, writing case studies, etc.)
    • • Providing research for key business development and marketing activities – including prospect lists, event management and content development
    • • Assisting in production of new business materials – including GetSmarts, PowerPoint presentations and supporting collateral materials
    • • Increasing the output of intellectual capital and thought leadership (i.e. e-mail campaigns, Point of Views etc.) that reinforces our key business verticals
    • • Coordinating events program consisting of owned and partner events; assisting with speaker and attendance prep and onsite support.
    • • Supporting the management of submission process for awards competitions.

    YOU'RE A GREAT FIT FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU HAVE:

    • 1 year experience in a marketing related role & Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or related field
    • Strong interpersonal, communications, time management and attention to detail skills
    • Excellent communication skills – verbally and in writing
    • Interested in launching a career in marketing
    • The ability to manage multiple tasks as priorities change daily
    • Fluency in all Microsoft business applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
    • Experience with, Salesforce.com, Act-On, DiscoverOrg, LinkedIn, Slack & Box preferred
    • Ability to simplify
    • Digital expertise
