    AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR AT SIEGEL+GALE, YOU WILL:

    • Help write, edit, and assemble persuasive and compelling new business proposals and pitches with the utmost attention to detail
    • Support our lead generation activities (research sales leads, pre-qualify on the phone, develop targeted mailings, etc.)
    • Analyzing RFPs and assisting with sell-in and scoialization.
    • Keep track of our marketing and sales activities by mastering our database and reporting tool (Salesforce.com)
    • Act as Data Steward for parent company's client database.
    • Use Internet-enabled tools to research prospects and prepare briefs for our team
    • Liaison with Creative to develop marketing collateral, keep inventory and assist with production as needed
    • Identify and make arrangements for industry conferences, trade shows, webinars, panels and other marketing events/activities
    • Organize and maintain business development library and digital archives (client case studies, client lists, etc.)
    • Provide back-up assistance to our administrative support team

    YOU'RE A GREAT FIT FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU HAVE:

    • 1+ years of experience supporting a sales or marketing department; experience in a professional services/agency environment a plus
    • Excellent communication skills -- verbally and in writing
    • Strong initiative, are a self-starter and are compulsive about detail
    • The ability to manage multiple tasks as priorities change daily
    • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft business applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
    • Strong Adobe InDesign and Illustrator Skills and Keynote a plus
    • Digital background or skills
    • An undergraduate degree (BS, BA) or equivalent
    • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
    • Project management experience a plus
