AS AN INSIGHTS ANALYST AT SIEGEL+GALE, YOU WILL:

• Provide research support on quantitative and qualitative studies

• Manage vendors for survey sample, qualitative recruiting, virtual platforms and translation services

• Learn and execute quantitative studies, including questionnaire development, survey programming, using R data analysis software to analyze data

• Project manage qualitative studies, including screener development and focus-group or ethnography materials

• Potential moderation:

  • In-depth interviews
  • Online discussion boards
  • Virtual focus groups

• Learn syndicated research platform and develop findings summaries, including personas

• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into findings

• Create various client deliverables (e.g., PPT and Keynote reports, data-driven user experience and journey maps)

• Learn about the breadth of S+G offerings and collaborate with Strategy, Digital Experience, Brand Communications, Visual Design, Project Management and Business Development teams

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU HAVE:

• A strong desire to create and contribute to an inclusive environment
• 1+ year(s) of research experience (could include internships) or related studies (could be in an academic setting)
• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research techniques
• Strong analytical thinking
• R data analysis software programming skills
• Familiarity with syndicated research platforms and social media listening tools
• The ability to learn quickly
• Strong writing skills
• Ability to simplify
