    As an Account Coordinator at Siegel+Gale, you will:

    • Coordinate various project elements; prioritize and manage a high volume of detailed work
    • Update client status reports and assemble presentation materials for client meetings and new business opportunities
    • Traffic projects by job progress & maintain excel spreadsheets and timelines
    • Manage team calendars: schedule internal and client meetings & follow up on attendance
    • Work with Resource Manager and client team members on resourcing plans

    You're a great fit for this position if you have:

    • 2+ years of general administrative experience working at a creative, advertising, consulting and/or marketing agency strongly preferred
    • Undergraduate degree (B.S.) or equivalent
    • Knowledge of Microsoft business applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and pay attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Good time management and organizational skills

    The salary range for this role is $58,500 to $65,000. This does not include benefits and PTO.
