  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for an Incoming Quality Inspector for 1st Shift. This position will be based at our new facility in Fort Worth, TX.

    You’ll make an impact by:

    • Inspecting, rejecting, and approving of purchased parts and raw materials for conformance to specifications while maintaining records for inspection and disposition information in SAP.

    • Comparing quantity and part numbers of items received with procurement data in SAP to ensure accuracy of order.

    • Using prints, Quality Inspection Plans, company standards, and other specifications to inspect and measure items for dimensional accuracy, fit, alignment, and functional operations.

    • Works with material handling and warehouse personnel to prioritize material through incoming inspection area.

    • Validates material certifications provided by the supplier while segregate and identifying non-conforming materials and reporting non-conforming materials to partners and follow appropriate material review board actions.

    • Maintains cleanliness and organization in receiving inspection areas.

    You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.

    • 1+ years experience working with various inspection tools and equipment (Caliper, Micrometers, Tape Measures, XRF Meter, Custom Fixtures, and Digital Equipment etc.)

    • Speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language along with Blueprints/engineering drawings.

    • Ability to lift parts or sub-assemblies that weigh up to 75lbs, push/pull/slide heavy materials.

    • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma/GED

    • SAP experience and knowledge.

    • Associates degree or technical training in area of responsibility

    • The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
