    The office of Dr. Sienella Thomaszadeh is looking to add to our wonderful team! Our ideal candidate is inviting on the phone and in person, learns quickly, excels in customer service, and will strive to treat our patients with great kindness. We are a team of highly motivated, efficient, and caring individuals who genuinely enjoy being part of a team together. Our mission in the front office is to make sure our patients receive the best experience when they call us or come into the office. Compensation dependent on experience: $18 - $21/hour This position is full-time with a complete benefits package including health insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, 401K retirement plan with employer match, and more! Responsibilities: • Answer office phones • Basic work with computer and phone systems • Schedule patient appointments for doctor and hygienists • Interact with patients in the office to check them in and out • Present treatment plans • Collect payments • Send patients paperwork before visits • Participate in training and development both in and outside the office setting Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal skills • Exceptional customer service • Efficient with good time management skills • Ability to multitask • Highly organized • Detail-oriented DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED, BUT ANY HEALTHCARE SETTING EXPERIENCE IS CONSIDERED A PLUS! Compensation: $18 - $21 hourly
