    GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

    As the Project Coordinator they would assist the project managers with organizing and controlling project activities through communicating risks, opportunities, and current state of the project to both clients and internal management. They would fulfill their obligations by coordinating meetings between project managers and Stakeholders, resources for project updates and status check-ins, as well as helping to ensure projects stay on task and within budget. The Project Coordinator will help to ensure projects run smoothly by controlling workflow, scheduling assignments, evaluating the course of the project, and reporting its status to management and stakeholders.

    As the Operations Coordinator they would be the key component to our service delivery team. The Operations Coordinator position is the lynch pin within SPC curating our customer support efforts for our clients and helping to keep the SPC consulting team on task and up to date.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · A Project & Operations Coordinator should be able to fulfill various duties and responsibilities. They should be able to work closely with project managers as well as the Consulting teams to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for projects, service requests, issues, and other items as they come up.

    · The following are a list of duties and responsibilities that the Project & Operations Coordinator would be assigned to do. This list of duties is meant to expand as things progress to a point where additional services may be offered. Any changes will be reviewed with the Project & Operations Coordinator before putting into practice

    · Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary

    · Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop/offer solutions

    · Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information or change requests

    · Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, updates, change requests, and emails

    · Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures with Project Manager when needed

    · Assist in the onboarding of new projects from setup, kick off calls, and ordering of welcome kits

    · Dispatch and Management of the SPC Help Desk board, Consulting Board, Marketing Boards, and Accounting Boards for the purpose of coordinating scheduling of calls and other engagement with clients

    · Management of adding resources to unassigned tickets across the Manage Instance on all service boards

    · Following up on Service tickets that have not been updated for 3 days or tickets that are still open, but work has been completed

    · Proactive Calendar management for consultants, always looking ahead to pack the team’s schedules as much as possible and accommodate for any needed adjustments to the number of new projects capacity

    · Assist clients and consultants in rescheduling calls as needed in the event of emergencies

    · Setup of New Logins for clients for Manage, Sell, Automate, Control, QuickBooks, etc

    · Logistics Planning/Meeting Management

    · Client report requests for available hours and used time

    MEASURES OF SUCCESS:

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    · Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships

    · Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

    · Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

    · Documentation management and ability to use/learn/or have existing knowledge of the ConnectWise Manage system (Project Module)

    · Attention to details and ability to articulate details and ideas for Managers and Stakeholders

    · Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently

    · Excellent ability to speak with clients and interact with the team

    · The ability to work from home 90% of the year

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    · Experience with ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Sell

    · Experience in Managed Service Providers (MSP)

    · Project Management Certification
