General Description:
· Our Consultant can expect to work in close proximity with our clients in order to ensure that the most economically viable and safe decisions are made in order to keep Service and Operations tight and under control. The Consultant should have vast knowledge of ConnectWise, in order to track and record the day-to-day services and requests of a company they are assigned.
· Consultants will work closely with their Clients with projects to accomplish a wide array of objectives to better their IT business. It is up to them, with the help of the Project Manager, to deliver quality work in a timely manner that also promotes our ‘Raving Fan’ culture.
· Our Consultants work daily, in charge of their own schedule, to manage Client expectations and meet expected deadlines. They stay methodical, documented, organized, and positive to uphold the Sierra Pacific Consulting standards.
· Our Consultants must LOVE what they do in the MSP world and always be looking and listening for the new ‘best-practice’ to share with their clients.
· Beyond what more they can do with current processes and practices; we also love having our Consultants curious as to ‘what else is out there’ and be open to trying and using the ever growing catalog of integrations that ConnectWise Partners develop.

· As a ConnectWise Partner, our consultants must be confident in their abilities as we welcome new ConnectWise partners to the platform and assist in their implementations; catering to all their needs and questions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Working Daily requests made to our help desk by our Clients in their ConnectWise Manage, Sell, or Automate needs
· Assessing our Clients environments in one of our three focuses of Sales, Service, or Finance
· Documenting, coaching, and mentoring best-practices and documentation to ensure that our work is cemented in our Client’s Standard Operating Procedures
· Continued education on ConnectWise Integrations and other ConnectWise products
· As Consultants, we own our schedules, it is expected for the Consultant to keep their schedules open, clean, and well organized to deliver on current and future work
· Attend Client requested meetings (one-time and recurring) and lead the conversation in a productive and enjoyable cadence
· Accurately track their own time and tickets in our own ConnectWise (we practice what we teach!)
· Own the Client implementation process. If a client is new to the ConnectWise suite, train and mentor the Client on best-practices, foundational excellence, and feature flexibility; all while remaining flexible to their learning experience
· Design Workflows, templates, automation, and logical processes
· Maintain an understanding of what makes a Managed Service Provider (MSP) successful in our discipline of Sales, Service, and Finance to give accurate and accurate advice
· Work with the team of Consultants in moments of collaboration and need. Utilizing the communication and collaboration programs designed, we help each other when something falls outside our abilities
· A clear communication style that can meld well with any Client personality type
MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
· 75% billable utilization
· 100% Client Satisfaction/ Raving Fans
· Development and Documentation of Best Practices
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2-4 years’ experience in ConnectWise Manage Administration
· Strong Communication and Time Management skills
· The ability to work from home 90% of the year
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (BUT NOT REQUIRED):
· Experience working for or with a Managed Service Provider
· Experience with ConnectWise Sell
· Experience with QuickBooks
· Bachelor’s Degree
