BUSINESS OPERATIONS & SALES SUPPORT

Sierra Piedmont Engineers & Geologists, an Atlanta, (Woodstock), GA-based environmental consulting firm celebrating its 25th year in business is looking to retain a committed professional whose focus will be:

• Leading the marketing effort of the firm while partnering with the Strategic Accounts Development leader to facilitate new business, provide client support and appreciation;
• Support and partner with the Project Execution Manager in technical report quality control/assurance and general project tasks;
• Support and partner with the Recruiting Manager related to corporate recruiting initiatives on an as-needed basis.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE ARE:

Ideal candidate has 2-7 years of professional experience leading and supporting marketing initiatives and campaigns, preferably in professional services organizations and committed to advancing their career and taking it to the next level. 

Candidate will become an integral member of the management team working in close association with the Strategic Accounts Development Manager, Project Execution Manager, Recruiting Manager and President/CEO.

The team member will find comfort in being able to express their outgoing, communicative personality while being self-directed and accountable to team goals.   

OPPORTUNITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE POSITION ARE:

• Lead, manage and be accountable for communicating the firm’s commitment of providing “THE SUPERIOR CLIENT EXPERIENCE” to a variety of prospects and clients; 
• Support and leverage the effectiveness of the Strategic Accounts Development Partner in prospecting, digital communications, and seminars.  Experience with Salesforce CRM and Mailchimp required; 
• Interact in client-facing areas to leverage the Project Execution Manager and his technical department with immaculate attention to detail.  Experience with proofreading and/or editing is required.

Candidate will be compensated on a salary basis plus bonus, eligible for a full suite of health care and retirement benefits, and should be able to “hit the ground running,” innovating and making the position their own rapidly.
