    Property Condition Assessment-Phase I ESA Professional

    Sierra Piedmont Engineers & Geologists is seeking to retain an experienced Property Condition Assessment-Phase I professional with a passion for client service to join our fast-paced and growing company. The position is an important, career track position within the environmental engineering industry and requires 5-10 years of proven leadership and project execution skills in this service area. Property Condition Assessment Experience is required. The successful candidate will also have a B.S. or M.S. in engineering, architecture, geology or a construction services background and be able to show examples of contributing to a client execution team while exhibiting a high degree of self-direction.

    The right candidate will be a master multi-tasker with a high energy level, strong work ethic, and excellent organization abilities in traditional project management including setting up projects, executing field work, writing reports, hiring sub-contractors, and compiling project summaries.

    Required Skills and Experience

    • Property Condition Assessment execution (conducting fieldwork, writing work plans and reports)
    • Technical engagement and experience must include Property Condition Assessments (PCAs)

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Phase I Environmental Site Assessment experience preferred
    • Project management (fully executing scope of work, ensuring field tasks meet internal and external requirements while adhering to cost and time budgets)
    • Client engagement, proposal generation and project updates.
