Job Description
Sierra Staffing Group is seeking Call Center/Customer Service Representatives for a temp-to-hire opportunity with an established local company. You will be responsible for conducting outbound calls for information verification.
DUTIES
- Outbound calls strictly to verify current “school” contact information and gather/confirm upcoming contact info. This does not require cold calling.
- Data entry of info that was verified/gathered/confirmed from outbound calls.
- Effectively manage all outbound calls while consistently maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills. Specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
- Welcoming personality (over the phone) to assist with outbound calls.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
