ServiceNow Certification Implementation Specialist in Human Resources Service Delivery (CIS-HRSD)

Sigital is seeking an experienced, ServiceNow BPC with experience leading implementations with the Employee Workflows-Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). Experience with broad modular experience in HRSD that entails leadership, guiding implementations and solutions. We are an Elite-ServiceNow partner whose mission is to help organizations align their IT Services and Operations Management strategy with their businesses and service delivery needs. This is a remote position.

Job responsibilities:

● Subject Matter Expert on the delivery of ServiceNow HRSD.

● Drives process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to-be processes. Identifies solutions from a people, process and technology perspective during workshops with key client sponsors and stakeholders, generating the required outputs to the level required for the subsequent stages of the engagement.

● Lead workshops and design discussions to document requirements which included creating workshop materials.

● Serves as a liaison between client and technical implementation team.

● Applies architecture principles to business solutions.

● Assisting with end to end testing to ensure the product is ready for go-lives.

Qualifications:

● The qualified candidate will have 2+ years of experience + CIS for the delivery and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD core module including:

● Employee Document Management

● Employee Center & Employee Center Pro

● Employee Journey

● HR Agent workspace

● Manager Hub

● HR Case Management

● Enterprise Onboarding Transitions

● Experience with Agent Workspace and Service Portal

● Experience developing detailed implementations

● Experience + CIS for the delivery and implementation of other ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, or CSM is a plus.

● Experience in the delivery and implementation of other HR applications such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.

● Proven team player and team builder

● US Citizen

● Excellent communication skills and extensive experience in engaging stakeholders to develop solutions. Prefer previous consultancy experience.
