We need a licensed real estate agent with a solid work ethic and legit inside sales experience to help us build a home sales division within our powerhouse rental brokerage. We are now expanding our operations to offer buyer rep and listing services to our loyal clients, and we need an experienced inside sales specialist to help support our Realtors in the field.

• SUPPORT Our 20 person support staff handles everything including accounting, transaction & closing support, tech support, IT, HR, advertising / marketing, and more. Need help? We have a person for that.

• TECHNOLOGY IS OUR THING We employ an in-house team of coders that support both our apartment locating business as well as our startup home sales division.

Income:

• STARTING PAY Our new inside sales position will start at a minimum guaranteed base of $2500 per month ($30K / year) plus an aggressive commission and bonus structure for the buyer and listing leads you hand off. The base is guaranteed; not a draw or advance. Starting pay is negotiable based on experience.
• INCOME POTENTIAL This not the typical ISA position. We have an enormous client base that is producing more warm leads than we know what to do with. This is a career-changing opportunity that will produce incredible income for an experienced ISA that wants to grow their career. Come grow with us.

REQUIREMENTS

• Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) license required (active or inactive)
• Proven inside home sales experience required. We need experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented. Results oriented and high achiever.
• Technology Savvy: Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Hustle Required: You must have the organizational and time management skills necessary to handle the constant flow of leads coming in and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow up
• Full Time: 37-40 per week minimum

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work in a fast paced inside sales environment from our corporate office in Las Colinas, Irving, Texas
• Prospect new clients from various lead sources including referrals from our rental division
• Take ownership of the sales process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our client relationship management (CRM) system.
• Obtain critical information about buyer / seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for our Listing and/or Buyer Specialists
• Maintain our database of prospects (past, present and future) by setting follow up schedules
• Inside Sales: 100+ calls per day. Frequent follow up via phone, email and text messages
