We are seeking a skilled Estimator/Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

    Job Summary

    The Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for signage projects and overseeing projects from inception to completion. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Estimating: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for signage projects, including materials, labor, and equipment, based on project specifications and site assessments.

    Project Management: Oversee all phases of signage projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

    Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.

    Vendor Coordination: Source materials and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.

    Site Assessments: Conduct site visits to evaluate project requirements, identify potential challenges, and ensure accurate estimates and project plans.

    Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including estimates, contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

    Quality Control: Ensure all signage projects meet company standards, client expectations, and industry regulations.

    Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

    Qualifications

    Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in estimating and/or project management in the signage industry or equivalent. Strong knowledge of sign design, fabrication, and installation processes is preferred.

    Skills:

    Proficiency in estimating software and tools (e.g., Excel, industry-specific estimating programs).

    Excellent project management skills, including scheduling and resource allocation.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and vendor interactions.

    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.

    Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or a related field is a plus.

    Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management or estimating (e.g., PMP, CPE) are desirable but not required.

    Other: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

    Compensation

    Hourly Rate: $23 - $26 per hour, commensurate with sign industry experience.

    Work Environment

    Combination of office-based work and on-site project visits.

    Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
