Job Summary:
As a Sign Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in the production of various signage products, including indoor and outdoor signs of all types. You will work closely with management to bring our clients’ visions to life. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for creativity, and a strong background in metal fabrication techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate a variety of signs, including but not limited to, vinyl graphics, metal signs, wood signs, LED signs, and illuminated displays.
- Operate and maintain various fabrication equipment, including CNC routers, laser cutters, plotters, and other tools.
- Follow design specifications and guidelines to produce high-quality finished products.
- Prepare materials and components for sign production, including cutting, assembling, painting, and finishing.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accuracy and quality in sign production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that may arise during the fabrication process.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking materials and supplies needed for projects.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving production efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent a plus.
- Proven experience in metal fabrication or a related field (e.g., carpentry, metalworking, graphic production).
- Proficient in using fabrication tools and machinery, including CNC equipment, if applicable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required (for on-site installations).
