Signarama Jacksonville is seeking an Experienced Signage Fabricator to join our production team. This role is designed for professionals who already understand sign fabrication, can work independently, and consistently deliver high-quality results. What You’ll Do

Fabricate and assemble custom signage from detailed drawings and specifications

Work confidently with a variety of materials including metal, aluminum, acrylic, PVC, and composites

Cut, shape, weld, and prepare materials using professional-grade fabrication tools

Operate and maintain shop equipment including welders and vinyl plotters

Apply finishes and final detailing to produce clean, professional signage

Perform quality inspections and ensure work meets company and client standards

Collaborate with production and installation teams to meet project deadlines

Support sign installation as needed, both in-shop and on-site

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

What We’re Looking For

Proven, hands-on experience in sign fabrication or related manufacturing work

Ability to read and interpret sign drawings, blueprints, and work orders without supervision

Strong welding or metal fabrication skills

Experience using computers and production-related software

Solid math and measurement skills

Valid driver’s license and willingness to assist with installations

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment

Preferred Skills (Bonus, Not Required)

CNC router experience

Electrical knowledge related to signage

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift, carry, and handle materials

Comfortable working in a production/shop setting
