JOB TITLE

Sign Maker/ Vehicle Graphic Installer

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Reports to: Production Manager

SCOPE

This position will be responsible but not limited to all aspects of the sign making process. Key functions are to maximize the process of creating custom signs while keeping the quality of the products produced at an optimal level. The Sign Maker/Vehicle Graphic Installer will work closely with the production manager in order to improve production efficiencies and workflow of all sign making processes and procedures.

DRESS CODE

The dress code is casual but professional. All sign shop staff must wear closed toed shoes. No employees may go shirtless or wear loose clothing that reveals one’s torso.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations and Production:

SIGN MAKING

• Ability to install vinyl products on multiple substrates in a professional and timely manner.
• Work closely with the production manager to ensure the printed vinyl matches the information on the proof provided along with the correct sizing and substrate.
• Acquire the ability to trouble shoot any problems that may arise in the sign making process.
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to recall past projects.
• Ability to safely and appropriately use a substrate cutter.

VEHICLE GRAPHIC INSTALLER

• Knowledge of standard measurements and spacing. 
• Ability to visualize placement of graphics while avoiding problem areas on the vehicles.
• Must be good at trouble shooting obstacles on vehicles that may cause the graphic to be illegible.
• Must be physically capable of standing on a ladder to apply graphics. A 
• A positive attitude and good disposition are imperative.

WAREHOUSE 

• Capable of checking inventory and ordering of all products needed in the sign process. 
• Strong organizational skills. 
• Willing to clean all office and warehouse areas.
• Must work closely with the production manager to optimize space and storage of all products in the warehouse.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
