If you’re detail-oriented, safety-minded, and not afraid of ladders or lifts, this role is for you.
This is a primarily local role, serving businesses throughout Northwest Ohio. You’ll be installing high-quality signs and graphics that help our clients stand out — and you’ll be the final touchpoint that protects and represents the FASTSIGNS brand in the field.
What You’ll Do:
Install a wide variety of signs and graphics, including:
Channel letters and exterior signage
Monument and pole signs
Wall and window graphics
ADA signage
Dimensional letters
Post & panel signs
Vehicle graphics (as trained)
Review job packets thoroughly before leaving the shop:
Install notes, proofs, site photos, materials lists, and instructions
Confirm measurements, locations, access, and special requirements
Prepare and load all tools, materials, hardware, PPE, and equipment before departure
Assess job sites before and upon arrival to ensure readiness, safety, and access
Install signage precisely to spec — correct location, height, orientation, and mounting method
Maintain safety standards at all times, including proper PPE and ladder/lift protocols
Take clear before-and-after photos in CompanyCam and document completed installs
Problem-solve on-site when appropriate, but do not make major scope changes or client commitments without involving Sales or Project Management.
Leave every job site clean, professional, and reflective of FASTSIGNS quality
Update job status and notes in point of sale upon completion
