Responsibilities: • Install a variety of signs including, but not limited to, LED, illuminated, vinyl, and dimensional signs. • Operate bucket trucks, lifts, and other equipment to safely install signs at various heights and within OSHA standards. • Perform maintenance and repair work on existing signs. • Ensure all installations comply with company standards and local regulations. • Work collaboratively with the installation team to complete projects efficiently and safely. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, with proper care of tools, equipment, and company vehicles. • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a sign installer or in a similar role is highly desirable. • Experience operating bucket trucks is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring related to sign installations. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong physical stamina and the ability and willingness to work at heights. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and out-of-town stays as needed. Per diem is provided for travel. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
